በድሬዳዋ ማረሚያ ማዕከል ለሚገኙ አባላትና ሠራተኞች በሥነ-ምግባራዊ ውሳኔ አሰጣጥ ላይ ሲሰጥ የነበረው ሥልጠና ተጠናቀቀ፡፡ ድሬዳዋ ፡ መስከረም 27/2019 ዓ.ም (የፌዴራል ማረሚያ ቤት ኮሚሽን) በፌዴራል ማረሚያ ቤት ኮሚሽን በድሬዳዋ ማረሚያ ማዕከል ከመስከረም 24/2019 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ለሶስት ተከታታይ ቀናት ለማዕከሉ አባላትና ሠራተኞች “በሥነ-ምግባራዊ ውሳኔ አሰጣጥ እና የጥቅም ግጭት” ላይ ሲሰጥ የነበረው ሥልጠና ተጠናቋል። በሥልጠና መርሃ ግብሩ ማጠቃለያ ላይ ተገንተው መልዕክት ያስተላለፉት የድሬዳዋ ማረሚያ ማዕከል ዳይሬክተር  ረ/ኮሚሽነር ሙላት ጫንያለው እንደተናገሩት፤ የተሰጠው ስልጠና በማረሚያ ማዕከሉ ላይ ሊስተዋሉ የሚችሉ የስነ ምግባር እና የአመራር ክፍተቶችን በመሙላት ተልዕኮውን በአግባቡ ለመፈጸም እንደሚያስችል ገልፀው፤ ሁሉም ሰልጣኞች የተሰጣቸውን የስራ ሃላፊነት የስነ ምግባር መርሆችን በመላበስ መፈጸም እንዳለባቸው አሳስበዋል፡፡ “በሥነ-ምግባራዊ ውሳኔ አሰጣጥ እና የጥቅም ግጭት” ላይ የወሰዱትን ስልጠና በማዳበር እና እራሳ
